01. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the lt89 platform and all its users ("Member" or "you"). By accessing the lt89 website or using any of its services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page. Continuing to use the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

02. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use the lt89 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is intended for users aged 21 and above only.
• You must complete registration using a valid and authentic identity document.
• You may operate one account only.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person or any third party is strictly prohibited.

For the purpose of age verification, lt89 may request submission of a national identity card, passport, or any other valid document at any time. Failure to submit the required documents may result in temporary suspension of the account.

03. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

All information provided during registration — name, address, phone number, date of birth — must be truthful and accurate. If false or misleading information is provided, lt89 reserves the right to cancel the account and forfeit any funds held within it.

3.2 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the support team immediately. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Holding multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses held within them.

04. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at lt89: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposited funds must come only from the registered member's own payment account.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method registered on the account.

• Identity verification (KYC) may need to be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Bonus-related funds cannot be withdrawn if bonus wagering requirements have not been completed.
• lt89 may temporarily place a hold on withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.
• Fees applicable to the chosen payment method may be charged at the time of withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on lt89 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

05. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

lt89 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn you a ৳1,200 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer may be claimed only once per member, household, or residential address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after wagering requirements have been completed.
• lt89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be applied at the same time unless stated otherwise.

06. Fair Play & Security

lt89 is fully committed to fair play. All games available on our platform are developed by reputable game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe, and are independently audited.

• The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality.
• SSL encryption is used on the platform to keep your personal information and financial transactions secure.
• If a technical fault affects the outcome or payout of a game, the round in question will be considered void.

07. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lt89 platform:

• Systematic or abusive exploitation of the bonus system, commonly known as "bonus hunting".
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of promotional offers.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through hacking, the use of bots, automated software, or any other technical method.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment account.
• Disrupting the normal operation of the platform or harassing other members.
• Registering with a fake or stolen identity.

08. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by lt89

If there is any suspicion of a terms violation, or during an investigation, lt89 may temporarily suspend an account without prior notice. If the member is found to be innocent at the conclusion of the investigation, the account will be reactivated.

8.2 Closure by Member

You may request the closure of your own account at any time through the support team. All legitimately withdrawable funds will be paid out before the account is closed.

8.3 Permanent Closure

If a terms violation is proven, lt89 may permanently close the account at any time. In such cases, bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited; only the original deposited funds may be considered for a refund.

09. Limitation of Liability

lt89 accepts no liability for the following:

• Any loss caused by technical faults, internet disruptions, or the failure of third-party services.
• Any loss resulting from sharing account credentials with others.
• Any financial loss caused by the member's own error or negligence.
• Interruptions to service due to changes in government policy or law.

lt89's total liability shall in no case exceed the value of the transaction in question.

By registering on the lt89 platform, you acknowledge that:

• Your information may be used for the purpose of providing services and verifying your identity.

11. Responsible Gaming

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or complaint, please first attempt to resolve it through the support team. Our goal is to resolve all disputes quickly and fairly.

• An initial response will be provided within 30 days of the date the complaint is submitted.
• Complex matters may require additional time; the member will be informed in such cases.
• Mediation as a means of resolving disputes is available with the consent of both parties.
